Keenan Property Management Limited provide a complete management service for all our landlord clients whether in relation to single properties or larger more complex portfolios.

Wherever possible we strive for complete occupancy in all of our managed properties whilst always ensuring that we recognise the necessity to obtain the right quality of tenant.

Our primary services are as follows:

• Financial Management, including rent collection and management of income and expenditure.
• Ensuring prompt collection of the rent and providing solutions to any day to day issues that arise.
• Maintenance, our in house team provide a complete service across all of our managed portfolio. This includes a 24 hour emergency service.
• Renewal, we carefully negotiate rent and tenancy agreements to ensure the maximum return on our clients property investments. We keep a close eye on the rental market to ensure that we can respond quickly to changes and can make instant decisions on our client's behalf.
