Yes, this is the part of the website where we are supposed to blag and boast about how great we are and how we stick to our holier than thou company values etc. We’ll spare you the fluff, we are not going there because let’s be honest who reads it and of those of you who do who believes it?

One thing we will say though, is why oh why do our competitors insist on making this business difficult to understand. It is easy to keep clients happy when you know how!

Property Management

All KPM developments are assigned two senior property managers with full back office support. The job of our property managers is to make your life easy as possible by managing your development and any day to day issues that should arise. We can react quickly at any time to any areas of the business that requires immediate attention and where appropriate, make clearly identifiable changes and improvements.

Private Portfolio Management

KPM has extensive experience in dealing with large and small property portfolios. Wherever possible we strive for complete occupancy in all of our managed properties whilst always ensuring that we recognise the necessity to obtain the right quality of tenant.
